Job Description:

Core Areas of Responsibility:

    • Program builds (marketing and operations)
      • Demographic/Behavior/Lead Scoring program builds
      • RCM program builds
      • Data Management program builds
    • RCM builds/updates
    • Admin/Channel set-ups
    • Field creation and checks
    • Complex form set-ups
    • Complex, multi-channel, perpetual nurture builds
    • Monitoring smart lists and/or reports
    • Troubleshooting
    • Activity Log knowledge
    • Data clean-up projects

    QA:

    • Clear, precise testing scenarios
    • All bases covered (unit testing, component testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, etc.)
    • Clear, documented results

    Documentation:

    • QA/Testing documentation (drafted for use during testing, per Client’s guidelines)
    • Marketo system documentation
    • Technical requirements documentation
    • Marketo naming convention documentation

    Salesforce Knowledge a plus:

    • Day-to-day use (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Campaign Members, Reports, Dashboards)
    • How to create fields, update page layouts, how page layouts work
    • Lightening
    • Knowledge of how profiles, role hierarchy work
    • Troubleshooting
    • Understanding of SFDC Development and what is possible where (apex vs. flows vs. process builder vs. workflows vs. validation)

    Web / Content

    • Email/LP Builds (mainly email)
    • Email/LP Updates (mainly email)
    • Email/LP QA/Testing (mainly email)
    • Check copy
    • Check images
    • Detailed QA/Testing of all program build work listed above, as well as documenting results
    • Ongoing system monitoring
    • Check links and URL parameters
    • Check rendering

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years experience of working in Marketo technology
    • Must possess outstanding interpersonal and team skills with a track record of developing positive working relationships
    • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Proficient in speaking English)
    • Strong project management and organizational skills focused on results
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Innovative thinker that’s comfortable working with ambiguity
    • Committed to continuous learning and following coding best practices
    • Comfortable working EST time (US East Coast Time)

      Nice to have: Understanding of API functionality, velocity scripting, custom objects

      Pertinent Offer:

      Paid when: 1st of every month

      Working hours: 160 hrs/month

      Timing: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM (PKST)

      Paid holidays: 14 (exclusive of public holidays)
